Return Policy

At TimeofModern, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your shopping experience is worry-free.


Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:


Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@timeofmodern.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we do not accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

While we aim to pack our products with high shockproof standards, occasionally, there may be faulty or damaged goods. If your item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your parcel upon delivery and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Please reach out to us if you have specific questions or concerns about a particular item. We cannot accept returns for sale items or customized products unless there is a quality issue.


Return Freight

For returns that are not due to quality issues, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. However, in the case of faulty product parcels or broken/damaged items, the return fees are our responsibility.


Claiming on Faulty Goods

At TimeofModern, we value your orders. Despite our best efforts to ensure safe packaging, there may still be instances of faulty or damaged goods. In such cases, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will take full responsibility for these issues.

To claim faulty or damaged parcel contents, please contact TimeofModern within 3 working days after the parcel's delivery. Email clear photos of the air waybill (showing waybill numbers) and pictures of the broken items. Don't forget to provide us with the order number.

You can reach our customer service team at customerservice@timeofmodern.com. After verifying the issues, our customer service staff will arrange compensation, which may include a partial or full refund of the order amount or sending a replacement parcel with the correct items.


Exchange or Replacement

If you want to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have, and once your return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refund Process

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. You'll be informed whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
