Due to the fragility of ceramic/glassware products, Timeofmodern is taking full responsibility for the parcel lost or damaged no matter full or part of the
purchased goods. We will resend the damaged goods free of charge upon the following conditions:
1. Customers must claim any damaged/broken parcel content within 3 days(72 hours) upon receipt of the parcel(counting date starts from
the day of parcel delivery according to tracking statute).
2. Customers must provide solid evidence to customer service of Timeofmodern to prove the damaged/broken goods, including the following
information: Air waybill photo of the broken parcel, photos of broken pieces.
3. Please submit the evidence to our customer service by email or in the order details of the member center for claiming the compensation.
4. Timeofmodern will respond to the request in 24 hours upon receipt of the claims. We will send the damaged pieces in 5 working days free of charge.
Remark: Customers must provide the correct shipping address for the safe delivery of parcels. Any parcels lost caused by the wrong address of the receiver
or the wrong phone number offered won't be able to get any compensation.

VAT & Customs Duties
VAT(Value added tax)
A. Parcel Value under €150:
For customers from EU countries or with a parcel receiver's address in the EU(Europe Union), Timeofmodern will collect VAT in the
order checkout value. Parcel receivers don't need to pay the VAT to local customs again while the parcel is in customers clearance
procedure, it will expedite the parcel delivery time.
B. For parcel value over €150:
EU territory customers should pay for the VAT import values to customs while the parcel arrives at local customs.
TimeofModern is not responsible for the delay of parcel delivery due to late processing for customs issues in destination countries.
Customs Duty/Tariff in other countries/areas:
Tax/Duties are included for parcel shipping to the US.
For other customs duties outside the EU, customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses
to impose for the import.
TimeofModern is unable to take control of the customs issues in destination countries.
AUSTRALIA – All orders above AUS$1000 are subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel,
so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information.
NEW ZEALAND - All orders above NZD$1000 are subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel.

CANADA: All orders are subject to 5% GST.
BRAZIL- All orders are subject to import duties.
UK - All orders are subject to the VAT tax and customs clearance fees.
REFUSING TO PAY CUSTOMS
If you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Venetto Design, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
We don't accept the return of used items or any products which broken or damaged after the parcel is opened and used for some days. Please inspect your parcel upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unless there has a quality issue, we cannot accept returns on sale items or customized items.
Customer needs to pay for the fees of returning an order of products that don't have any quality issues.
For the returning of faulty products parcel or broken/damaged product parcels, the fees are our responsibility.

Although we are trying our best to pack the goods with high shockproof standards, there will still have a few occasions for faulty or damaged goods occurring.
For any faulty goods which do not comply with order details, or damaged items due to rough shipping, please feel free to get in touch with us! We will take full responsibility for these problems.
Please claim faulty/damaged parcel contents to TimeofModern in 3 working days after delivery of parcel.
Email clear photos for the air waybill(showing waybill numbers) and the pictures of broken items.
Meanwhile, please notify us of the order number.

The compensation will be offered after verifying the issues by our staff of customer service staff.
The compensation will be part/full refund of the order amount, or we shall send a free parcel containing the correct goods.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
